Tricky on this, looks well maintained, might have casual access up the rear entry, and been on the shelf for a bit.

I agree it's not very sophisticated.

It gave me a 2 bed terrace in Manchester... Manchester is a pretty big place with a huge variation in areas and prices, some parts of Manchester a 2 bed terrace will be £100k in other parts well over £300k.

Decent concept, decent first attempt.

Problem is the area is too wide, I got got a 3 bed in a city I know well, prices vary a lot between a couple of sink estates and some very smart des-res areas. Without a fairly precise idea of the area you have not hope of getting close.
