Yep, my dad only bought the retirement apartment because he was diagnosed with prostate cancer, he sold a lovely fully modernised freehold semi- to buy it.

It would have made more financial eense if he'd sold up and moved into 5 star hotel for the time he had left!

Buy an older cruise ship. Moor it somewhere half decent and bung a few thousand old folk on it at £2k per month all inclusive.
