This is interesting, I was going to comment on another thread how the gas futures prices have been falling sharply for the last few weeks. I've no doubt that those with connections had advance notice of the tax breaks.

Here’s a plan.  Why not just drop the price of tickets for everyone?

When they say the deficit has come down they actually mean the rate of the deficit increasing has come down.  It's still going up, just not so fast!

Apart from the fact that the personal allowance tapers away from £100k so anyone on over £125k (I think) won’t get any.
