I ducking hate those

I have often fancied those for the bathroom, I would probably go for ones that said "shit" and "piss".

Head in hands. It’s looking like the BOE inflation forecast will be going in the bin.

Presumably with the energy rises the council tax bill will go up by what 5-10% with a matching rebate of the whole annual bill then pain in year 2 with a £2k bill?

Here we go,the basement front running the politics again.Of course its bull because he has been chucking money at bennies. Its also not about taking a job for the unemployed, its about bennies being far too generous in work as well. They need to include working and disabled in the bennie cap,its far too easy to avoid unemployment benefit, just get carers,ESA etc etc. However it does show the direction of travel.

" if he becomes prime minister as he suggested he would force unemployed claimants to take jobs when they become available.

Speaking at a leadership hustings in Belfast, Mr Sunak said he wanted to get more people "off benefits and into work" and that this would help businesses which are currently struggling to fill staff vacancies.

The former chancellor said if he defeats Liz Truss and replaces Boris Johnson in No 10 then he would ensure that "if there are hours to do, if there is a job going, people should have to take the job".

He said that other than rising energy bills the main problem facing companies is "getting access to workers and getting people to actually work".

“And I strongly believe that part of the answer to this problem is being much tougher on our welfare system to get people off benefits and into work," he said.

“Right now, there are more people claiming unemployment benefit than there are job vacancies in the economy. Just think about that for a second. And that is happening under a Conservative government. That is clearly not right, something has gone wrong.”

He added: “If there are hours to do, if there is a job going, people should have to take the job as opposed to just being able to stay on benefits and that is the change that I want to bring because I do think that is the right thing, it is the Conservative thing, those are our values, we believe in working hard and we want to support people off welfare into work because it is good for them and their families too because there is dignity in work.”

A couple of problems with this policy. Firstly, those on JSA are in poverty. They're either unemployable and unable to manage their way onto higher paying benefits or they're claiming temporarily whilst they find a job. This is not a target rich environment. Look at sickness scammers and part time work benefits. Secondly, a billionaire doesn't have the moral authority to implement forced work programs. He can fuck off.

Exactly, very few single white men want £77 a week bennies.Single person and couple bennies are very low.Its kids and making up they are autistic where the big money is.My neighbour is preggy with child number 6 to 5 different dads, though no extra money with the 2 child limit she will be getting for 4 and one of them is 17 so down to 3 in a year she can claim for but 5 at home.

Get herself or one of the kids written off as dolly and the cap no longer applies. My kids mum didn't fancy admitting her insanity to a doctor or getting any of the kids written off,  so she just moved some desparate Dan in,  he looks a bit downsy,  kids reckon the government give him money for being a retard.

It's fucking brilliant. She's got so much money coming in she rarely bothers me,  and she's stuck getting pumped by a mong to pay for her shit instead.  Great stuff. Cheers Tony!

They have been building loads of 4 bedroom houses in Carlisle and they have been selling like hotcakes.

These ones are a few hundred yards from the M6.

I found this property on the Rightmove Android app and wanted you to see it: https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/122261180

Storey builds? My son is a bricklayer and has done a lot of work for Storey around Carlisle. I’m pretty sure your description fits where he’s done a lot of work over the past couple of years.

Yes that's them, they seem to sell very quickly.

I wouldn't fancy paying £350k sandwiched between a trading estate and the M6.

Yes the Nate Hagen's podcasts are brilliant. Really make you think about the crucial cultural imperatives and who and how these should be decided upon before the world goes pop.

There is certainly no dumbing down in this particular episode... Lots on energy, finance, etc. But careful your brain doesnt explode(!!) listening to these two polymaths riff for neaely 2 hours, lots of knowledge, insight and even some possible solutions I think.

Cheers @Animal Spirits and @JMD.  I've subscribed and picked out this one.  I reckon podcasts and off main grid videos are where it's at.  Some crackling good people out there.  Certainly not on the MSM which by comparison is just full of the dregs.  It's the worst of times and the best of times.

600,000 sounds a lot.  Re.  "It doesn't mean lost customers", is there a meme or thingy for "oh just shut the feck up"!  I had it free for a month and felt I'd done it for the year!  I come back after a year unless I washing me hair or summing.

Think it was Alcoa in the States shuttering a plant in the states I heard about, 20% of their supply.

Industrial metals (the commodities) doing OK although a bumpy ride!  Got me a bit of tin, copper, nickel, zinc and alum.  Also some soyabean oil and some other stuff.  Defo at the riskier end of what I do but has worked before.

PS: Feck that, not a good day.  Think I was too early!

Toughie because I go to sell me Germans, naturally, but they seem OK.  Did sell Wacker today though.

PS: Feck that, only a day but BAS looks like it's gone a bit floppy!

I think I'm still holding me Polish play as it doesn't seem to want to go down (any more!)!  Weird!

Fukin weasel.

I doubt that.  The c*nt is about 5 foot 4.  A hobbit.  The chance of him smashing anybody in the face with anything more than a wet TV License letter threatening the Luton office is coming down for no reason whatsoever, is the square root of fuck all.

Think of him as an ant.  It would be very easy to say, pick up a breeze block and drop it on the worthless c*nt.
