We all live in a house/ flat. We have to. What would you give for, you, your spouse, your kids to be warm, safe ? There are them here that say housing is overpriced, and I agree. It is. But this shower of shit have a lot of producers over a barrel and rodgering us truly big time.not talking prices, but time and effort.

Let's say you are dying of thirst in the desert, you would do literally anything for water, or die. A 1 litre bottle of water for only 1000 quid, of course you would pay if you could.

Shelter is less immediate but still up there as a need so the analogy stands.  Depends on circumstances.

I think most Dosboders would choose death, over spending a grand on something that used to cost £1.

I would quite happily sacrifice all the immigrants that earn less than £40k per year.

Round up any that have arrived from 2000 and have not had full NI contributions or equivalent first.

Then review the rest. They have had a lot of time to upskill. If they still don't have a 40k paye job then boot them out.

It's a sacrifice a lot would be willing to make.
