Adrian has spent over 20 years managing major brand sales promotions, monitoring consumer responses, calculating likely redemption rates and all associated financial costs. Adrian recognised the importance of producing fully measurable results within an affordable spend, so created a financial formula that capped the marketing budget for a brand, whilst guaranteeing increased sales, all underwritten by Lloyds of London.

What does he actually do in concrete terms?   Right fly by night me thinks.

Fib as far as I can tell.

Assuming its the same person - and Im 99% sure it is- none of the years and ages tie up.

He only turns up as a (legal) director  in 2013.

I would rather have this place

https://www.onthemarket.com/details/8838379/#/photos/1

It has five bathrooms, so five dosbod couples at £600 a month each should cover the rent.

@MrPin can have the basement room and row back and forth to the mainland as a ferryman.

Doesn’t look very defendable.

Meanwhile, Sunset House in St Ives is available to anyone rich enough to rent for a holiday. The owner promised the residents of St Ives that it would only be used as a private residence.

Available first week of July 2023 for £6215

I noticed this rather out of place looking house a couple hundred yards from IKEA nottingham yesterday. Might fit in a leafy hillside plot in southern california.

On a road made up of humdrum 30s semis & somewhat run down looking terraces, less so.
