That's what I can buy for the same money.

Well I didn't think I would find one for that money in my area but i did. Just one mind.

Front door right onto the shared living room and kitchen and no cupboard space. I disagree with the EA that it's a spacious property.

My ideal house...?

Why, a public house of course...! ;)

Juke-box. pool table, piano, fruit-machine and a dart-board.

Buxom barmaid, and an alcoholic landlord.

With complimentary saveloys, salted peanuts, pickled-onions, and Northern-style pork pies available on the counter during Sunday afternoon sessions.

And a johnny machine in the mens' bogs.

Sadly, such places are rare in these modern times...

Stunning, I know the area. Spring comes early there by UK standards. One question I'd want answered if I had and was going to spend 7 million quid would be how high above sea level is it?

That's a very high tide, usually it's mudflats.

Civilisation in modern Britain just means a shit load gimmigrants, crime and "artisinal" restaurants and tosser hipster filled cocktail bars. Apart from the buildings there's fuck all culture left in our cities.

Good answer but I zoomed the map out. Don’t know the area well but would guess it’s a green haven in a sea of enrichment, with a shit climate.

Doesnt fit ' The where id want to live part of my request'.

Obviously such a request is harder than it looks, even if you include up norf. :(

@gibbon Where are you? London? TBH for culture id be happy with a small village or town, so be able to walk to a local pub, baker, butchers, store, not overrun with gimmigrants. Its not important to have museums pop concerts cafes hipster bars etc.

Bristol, was ok up to about 5 years ago, bit provincial but that's why I liked it. But after years of The Guardian ramping it as a great city to live, it's filled up with far left BBC loving RP accent tossers pretending they are working class and trying to turn the entire place into another Shoreditch, along with a mass invasion of gimmigrants and insane house price/rent rises (but shitty local salaries).

I agree a small village or town with a pub or two and a store is ideal.
